Angel of the Sea
The Angel of the Sea. This is another remarkable Victorian Bed and Breakfast with quite an interesting history. The Inn was actually moved from it's previous location where it had been moved and split into two separate buildings. Their website has the complete details. The Angel of the Sea has won numerous awards. They offer rooms and suites all with private baths. With your accommodations, you'll receive a full breakfast, afternoon tea and wine and cheese in the evening.

Architectural Features: Queen Anne elements, Towers, Mansard roof, dormers, ornate scrollwork, Turrets, Asymmetrical plan. porches. You might want to visit their website. They mention the history of the building and why it appears to be one building that was cut in half and separated. (In fact that is just what happened!!) Location - The Angel of the Sea is located toward the northern end of the town. It is about a half a block from the beach, promenade and ocean. This end of town has less shopping and is farther away from the large hotels. The surrounding neighborhood is largely residential
