Summary - The Southern Mansion was built around 1860. The design is reminiscent of the mansions found in the southern United States. It is located on Washington Street near the Emlen Physick Estate. The Southern Mansion has conference facilities. The property was completely renovated in 1997. Their website has quite an interesting account of the condition of the property prior to the renovations.
