The Abbey is a Bed and Breakfast with a distinctive, stately tower. It is in the same part of town as the Mainstay. It is a short walk to the beach and a variety of stores.

Summary - The Abbey is one of the more well known bed and breakfasts in Cape May. You might want to check out their website They have a couple of virtual realty 360 degree photos of the interior of this wonderful B&B. They also mention that, for a small fee, you can take tea and a tour during the season. There are seven rooms in the main house and seven rooms in the cottage (shown at the left).

The Abbey is on a relatively non commercial street with a quaint circle. You are about a block from the beach. There is plenty of shopping and dining just a short walk away.

Amenities include: Free wireless Internet, Refrigerator and off street parking. It appears that the rooms do not have television or phones.

Architectural Features: Dormers, ornate scrollwork, a very striking tower, arched windows.
