Beach Drive runs along the Ocean. The southern part is mostly hotels and shops. The northern part consists mostly of Bed and Breakfasts and some beautiful private residences.

Most of the shops are south of Madison Avenue and north of Perry Street. (the location of Congress Hall). In addition to the numerous ' boardwalk style ' stores selling beach gear, tee shirts and souvenirs, , you can find cafes, ice cream stands, bars, miniature golf, movie theaters and bookstores.
